Sandi Parks started at GCHS in January 2025. She teaches Honors Anatomy 1, Basic Horticulture, Environmental Science, Food Science, and Intro to Ag. Sandi is also the FFA Advisor. Before coming to Gibault, Sandi received her Bachelor’s degree in Education as well as Biological Sciences/Pre-Med with minors in Botany and Agriculture from the University of Illinois. She has an Associate’s degree in Agricultural Sciences from Southwestern Illinois University. Sandi was a civilian supply and logistics coordinator for the US Army Aviation and Missile Command. She was also previously a civilian Family Readiness Group Coordinator, 133^rd Signal Battalion, Illinois Army National Guard, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
