Experience a Day at Gibault!
Spend the day shadowing a current student, visiting classes, touring campus, and meeting our amazing community. It’s the best way to see what life is like at GCHS!
The day begins at 7:45 AM with light refreshments for students and parents. At 7:55 AM, visiting students will be paired with a Gibault student and head to homeroom to begin their day. Parents are welcome to stay for a brief presentation, concluding at 8:30 AM. If parents are unable to stay for the presentation, a packet with the presentation materials and information will be sent home with their student.
Shadow day concludes at 2:55 PM.

GCHS offers a $25 discount on the application fee for 8th graders who shadow and submit an application for the upcoming school year. This discount will appear as a credit on student tuition accounts once the enrollment packet is completed in the spring. Enrollment packets will be sent out during the Spring 2027 semester, most likely in March.

Scheduling a private tour is one of the BEST ways to find out if Gibault Catholic is the right fit for your family. Administration will meet one-on-one with families to discuss all the reasons Gibault unique and answer any specific questions you have.

We are proud to have Sarah Wagner serving as our Enrollment & Advancement Director. Sarah joined the Gibault community in 2025 and brings a wealth of experience in higher education, admissions, enrollment, athletics, and event planning.
In her role at Gibault, Sarah works closely with prospective students and families throughout the enrollment process, helping them discover all that a Gibault education has to offer. She also leads the school's advancement efforts by coordinating the annual Oktoberfest Dinner Auction and Summer Golf Classic Tournament. Sarah builds meaningful relationships with alumni, families, donors, and community partners and helps create opportunities for the Gibault community to support the school's mission and future.
Joining Sarah in our admissions efforts is Klair Krebel, Marketing Director. Klair joined the Gibault team in 2024 and oversees the school's marketing, communications, and social media efforts. In addition to sharing the Gibault story with prospective families and the broader community, Klair works alongside Sarah to promote enrollment opportunities, showcase the student experience, and communicate the many ways Gibault helps students discover and develop their God-given talents.
Together, Sarah and Klair work to ensure prospective families receive a welcoming, informative, and personal experience as they explore all that Gibault has to offer. Their collaboration brings together admissions, marketing, and relationship-building to help families confidently discover whether Gibault is the right fit for their student.
Sarah's passion for connecting people and creating meaningful experiences, combined with Klair's passion for telling the Gibault story and strengthening the school's connection with families, makes them an integral part of the Hawk community.
