Dennis began his career with Gibault in 1980 and has served in a variety of roles over the years, including math teacher, Dean of Students, and boys’ basketball coach. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Eastern Illinois University.

After enjoying a few years of retirement from the classroom (but not the basketball court), Dennis returned briefly to the math department in Fall 2022 to teach geometry. Today, he continues to dedicate his time and energy as the head coach of the boys’ basketball team.
