Boys Golf: Congratulations to the V and JV golf teams. The Varsity Team won their match against Alton-Marquette, Father McGivney and Civic Memorial in a very tight match. Gibault was led by Alex Winkler with an even par 36. Nash Bradley shot a very respectable 4 over par 40 to finish second in the match. In the JV match, the young Hawks were led by Freshman Henry Wachtel. Henry shot a 4 over par 40. The boys are getting ready to enter the playoff post season at the end of September.
Rend Lake Shooting Complex: Congratulations to Samuel Krebel who on Saturday shot his personal best with a 98 out of 100 winning 1st place Class B Champion and his Varsity Squad also receiving 1st place. On Sunday, he received 1st place Class C Doubles Champion with a score of 92 and 1st place Short Yardage Champion with a score of 93. Samuel received the High Overall trophy with a score of 283 out of 300, winning by only 2 targets!
Parking Lot Reminder/Grandparent’s Day: Just a reminder to wear your Oxfords on Wednesday to look our personal best for Mass at 10am with our Grandparent’s . Also a reminder no parking in the front lot or no parent drop off/pick up while we repair it. We will need to leave the front 2 rows of the gym lot open for our Grandparent’s on Wednesday!
