Liz LeSaulnier Art Instructor/Fine Arts & World Language Department Chair
Liz (Sawyer) LeSaulnier is our art instructor and our Fine Arts Department Chair. Prior to moving to the Gibault art room, Liz had been one of our Theology instructors from the 2020-2022 school years. Liz is the sponsor of Hope for Tomorrow and our bi-annual Travel Group. Liz previously worked at Gibault from 2001-2012 as a Theology & Theatre teacher, as well as Campus Minister.
Liz is a member of the Gibault Class of 1997. Liz holds a BA in Studio Art, with minors Theology & Theatre from SLU, and a MAT from Lindenwood University. In between her Gibault tenures, Liz was an Art teacher and department head at Grand Center Arts Academy in St. Louis.
Liz is married to a fellow Gibault grad, who is also a teacher. They have two sons, one who is currently a student at Gibault and one who attends Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic School. Liz is an avid reader, artist (printmaking, fiber, painting), and a die-hard Marvel comic book fan.
