HOUSE:
In remembrance of Suicide Prevention Week, the month of September will focus on lifting each other up with positivity. Each week 2 houses will be assigned to do Random Acts of Kindness throughout the week. These acts can be for a single staff, student or providing service to the school as a whole. This is not a contest, just be intentional during your week. Next week, the Houses of Hope & Justice will be tasked with spreading kindness.
GIRLS GOLF:
Girls Golf defeated Dupo and Civic Memorial. Junior, Payton Kelemetc, medaled with a 50 and senior Lily Register took second with a 55.
BOYS GOLF:
Boys JV & V golf defeated Wesclin last night. Leading the way for the Hawks was 2 freshmen golfers. Evan Sheehan shot a 3 over par 39, while fellow freshmen, Henry Wachtel shot a 4 over par 40. Team score for the 9 hole match was Gibault Hawks-162 and Wesclin-171.
JV was led with a 45 from Garrett Patton in their win over the Warrior JV squad.
BOYS SOCCER:
The Hawks defeated Carlyle last night with a score of 5-0.
