PICTURE DAY:
Tomorrow is Picture Day! Students are not expected to wear their uniforms on this day. Seniors do have a particular dress code since their picture will be taken for the class collage. Gentlemen will need to have a button-down shirt with tie and ladies must have a shirt that covers their shoulders. All students will need to follow all the dress-down rules for picture day. No need to bring clothes to change into for Mass.
CHEER:
Anyone interested in cheering during basketball season, please attend the informational meeting Wednesday, October 16 at 3:30 in the cafeteria. Please do not miss any other academic or athletic obligations to attend this meeting.
BLOOD DRIVE:
Blood drive this Friday! Sign up with the fliers around the school or see Mr. Schauer. Every donation saves 2 lives – Be a Lifesaver!
TENNIS:
The Tennis Hawks lost to Althoff 6-3 yesterday. But a special shout out goes to Singles 2 player, Myra Coats who battled through a marathon match to win 9-8. Myra outlasted her opponent in a tiebreaker, winning 13-11. Singles 1 player, Clara Willson also competed in well-played, hard-fought match but lost 9-7.
POST PROM SCOOTER’S DAY:
Tomorrow, October 16th is Scooter’s Day at the Waterloo Scooters. Stop in on your way to school for breakfast and a drink or grab a treat after school. Tell your friends and family. 10% of all sales benefit Post Prom.
COLLEGE VISIT:
The University of Louisville will be here today at 2:00. Any junior or senior interested in attending this informational meeting must sign up with Mrs. Kovarik by 10:00am today.
