There will be a girls basketball meeting on Monday, after the announcements in Mr. Parks Room. (204)
TENNIS:
Congratulations to the Tennis Hawks for their 6-3 victory over East Alton/Wood River.
The following singles players won their matches:
Singles 1, Clara Willson: 4-1
S2, Myra Coats battled through the longest match of the afternoon, holding off her opponent by winning 8-5.
S4, Kaila Jerkaitis: 8-2
And in S5, a special congratulations to first-year player Anastasia Melvin who posted her first win in singles, 8-0.
In Doubles, D2 partners, Sophie Winkeler and Kaila Jerkaitis won 8-0.
The Tennis Hawks are now 2-1.
