9/11:
Today marks the 23rd anniversary of the September 11 attacks. We will begin our day with a moment of silence to remember and honor the victims, their families, and the first responders who sacrificed their lives. Please take this time to reflect and show respect.
COUNSELOR:
Taylor, a counselor from Human Support Services, will be in the office today. She will be in the building every Wednesday from 12:30-3:00. Students who would like to talk to Taylor, should come to the main office.
SERVICE HOUR OPPORTUNITY:
Stop in the office to sign-up for a service hour opportunity. The Women’s Club is looking for volunteers to help set up the bym lobby for Grandparent’s Mass on September 17th after school from 3-4pm.
CROSS COUNTRY:
The Hawks Cross Country team saw some success last night in Marissa. Nick Holdener and Clara Willson both received medals. Additionally, Clara Willson, Mallory Wachtel, and Claire Wachtel all ran their new PR (Personal Record). Our next meet will be at Sparta next Tuesday.
GAMING CLUB:
Gaming club will meet in Mr. Martel’s room during the club meeting scheduel.
CHESS CLUB:
Chess club will meet in Mr. O’Brien’s room during the club meeting schedule.
